These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the visionequilibrada.com platform operated by Visión Equilibrada S.A. By accessing and using this site, you accept these terms in full.

1. Definitions

"Platform": the website visionequilibrada.com and all its associated services. "User": any person who accesses or uses the Platform. "Investor": registered user who participates in crowdlending projects. "Project": real estate venture available for collective investment.

2. Nature of service

Visión Equilibrada operates a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with urban development projects in Argentina. We are not a financial entity regulated by the BCRA. Investments made through our platform carry risks inherent to the real estate market.

3. Requirements to invest

To participate as an investor you must: be over 18 years old, have legal capacity to contract in Argentina, provide truthful and updated information, comply with identification and verification requirements.

4. Investment risks

Investments in real estate projects carry risks, including: possible partial or total loss of invested capital, delays in project execution, fluctuations in the Argentine real estate market, specific risks of each project detailed in its documentation.

5. Liability

Visión Equilibrada acts as an intermediary and does not guarantee specific returns. Each investor is responsible for evaluating risks before investing. The Company will not be liable for losses derived from individual investment decisions.

6. Intellectual property

All site content, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Visión Equilibrada S.A. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine intellectual property laws.

7. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect from their publication on the site. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
